It's built for established practices already doing well with high-ticket treatments who want to bring patient acquisition in-house and scale it. You don't need to be huge, but you do need a working practice with the cash flow to invest in ads and at least one person who can own the day to day. If you're pre-launch or still finding your feet, it's too early - this is for practices ready to put real volume through a proven system.
No experience needed. Every part of the system is documented and shown step by step, built so someone who's never done this before can run it, with live support each week while your team gets up to speed. What you do need is someone with ~30min/week to oversee the campaigns and someone to work your leads quickly. If you'd rather we ran the ads for you while your team learns the rest, that's available as a bolt-on.
It's an annual licence, and the work is front-loaded: we install the full system and hand over the playbooks in your first twelve weeks, then spend the rest of the year helping you run and scale it. Year one is the heavy lift - we're releasing everything to you - and it continues at a lower rate after that, because by then you own the system and you're simply using the software to run it.
We don't, and with this model it doesn't work against you the way it would with an agency. You run your own brand, your own creative and your own campaigns - nothing is shared with another practice. You own your patient acquisition end to end.
